This is an absolutely gorgeous tree. We had a real tree that dried out super fast despite daily watering and I decided to purchase an unlit artificial tree so I could change up the lights from year to you. 8.5 height is perfect for our 9 foot ceilings. Just put it up. Used gloves to fluff and took some time, but expected with fake trees. We need to arrange the lights a little more but happy with the purchase. I understand someone said that it's low to the ground, which it is, but this doesn't really bother me. Absolutely stunning tree. I had professional installation through Angi services. The tree came pre lit with each sections already wired. So the installer only had to piece together each section and plug in the main cord. I will say, the instructions did not include anything about the tree have a steelbraided cable and trim buckle system that attaches to the base via hooks. So that was a bit confusing. The actual pictures and instructions showed each section and how to piece together but nothing about the cable system that held the tree tight and upright. So I did take that off then realized my tree was swaying and figured out that was to help stabilize it so I had to hire additional help to comeback and reinstall the cable system on tree. Hence the lack of stars. It is very difficult to find a box to put the tree in after taking it down. So do consider that prior to purchasing 14’ tree. Overall the tree was beautiful. GORGEOUS CHRISTMAS TREE! I was so super nervous about ordering this tree because, while the good reviews were good, the negative reviews were pretty bad. And with our large living room with high ceilings, we need the 9' tree so it was not an inexpensive purchase. I think a lot of times this type of purchase can be a hit or miss . . . just like with cars, there's gonna be a lemon in every lot. With all that being said, I spent about 3 hours last night unpacking and fluffing. For the very first time, I set up and fluffed ONE section at a time (this big monster has 4 sections). The result is THE fluffiest fullest artificial Christmas tree I have ever seen! With the variation of branches along with the different sizes and colors of the pinecones, it is just beautiful.
