Needs to be returned . Boxed crushed and box was used before as the middle section of tree not in box. This clearly was purchased and returned and then I bought on line and you sent me a damaged tree. Send return instructions and credit my credit card immediately.

This is a beautiful tree. And then we plugged it in, after decorating it completely and the top is darker than the bottom 23rds of the tree. So disappointing.

It’s a nice tree, but, doesn’t look like the pictures. Very green. The flocking falls off some, but not so bad. Mostly bummed it isn’t white like the pictures online. And then the middle half of this one I just bought doesn’t light up. Wayfair is putting me in touch with the manufacturer instead of sending a new tree. Huge disappointment. Hope it’s at least fixed or replaced before Christmas… our Thanksgiving tradition. Of decorating the tree is ruined now.
