The Holiday Aisle® 7.5ft. Jersey Fraser Fir Slim Tree with Clear Lights

It's hard to shop online without seeing something, but the looks of this and the description with tips and lights definitely stood out from all the others we looked at. As the tree was unboxed for assembly, the way the wires are assembled on the branches was way different than our last tree and not in a good way. They are run where there are wires between branches on the outerpart of the tree, vs just up and down each limb, then across the back at the base. There were multiple tips throughout the tree that were not attached - missed during wrapping and we couldn't find a good way to reattach. Several of the "branches" were bent and didn't lay right and required very careful manipulation. I was quite disappointed in the bare spots - again, no matter how much manipulation of the branches and tips, we couldn't hide it. Then lastly, from a distance, the tree appears to be leaning - the top section is just slightly bent. So even though the other two sections are straight, it looks crooked. On a positive note, the full sections look beautiful. I love the varying look of the tips, and assembly would have been pretty easy had there not been bent limbs to contend with. Overall, compared to the last artificial tree we had that lasted us 7 years, I'm very disappointed in the quality and look - especially for the price.

Lights are perfectly placed. Just needs a little more fluffing and will be full nice tree

Bought this and the tree is beautiful and well lit. Also NOT LED lights which makes me happy. I did have an issue with a few branches missing the rivet that connects the branch to the tree. I called Birch Lane and they took care of me quickly. Aside from that issue, the tree is very realistic and good quality in my opinion. I’ve never bought a cheap tree and although not the most expensive… it is the nicest looking quality tree I’ve ever owned. Hope you feel the same if you purchase. Good luck on your hunt.

The shipping and packaging were great. The instructions were helpful for assembling the tree.

After having this tree for two seasons 2/3 of the lights are not working. I have changed our bulges abs fuses and entire strands will not light. What is your warranty policy?

This tree is the perfect size for the space we have; plentiful lights and the greenery is very lifelike.

Perfect tree for our apartment! The tree is incredibly realistic looking, and the lights are just gorgeous. We can’t wait to put it up next year!
