The plugs were for the trees were smashed and the power cord was cut in half. This was to be a birthday tree for a grand child born on 12/24. Her father fixed it Extremely disappointed for a $500 tree

This tree is absolutely gorgeous!! The luminescent material of the needles makes it shimmer with the amazing lighting options. It is the second one we purchased, however, because we did not read the critical storage directions which say that the tree cannot be left exposed to sunlight/UV radiation. We were devastated to unwrap the sheets--insufficient protection from garage windows-- and find that our stunning WHITE tree was pale brown!
