Slated Wood Tree Collar, Natural Smoke

We were supposed to receive the brown tree collar but got the gray or if it is the brown, it totally does not match the picture. Not returning because it was difficult to put together as the pins were not lining up. It looks ok but is definitely not the color that was in the picture.

The website indicates 2 colors- brown and gray. I ordered brown, which appeared in the photo as a golden brown. I received ‘smoke’ which is a gray shade. I have the original order which clearly says brown so I don’t know how that turned into ‘smoke’ The basic product is fine but I’m certainly disappointed in what seems to be a deceptive switch

They sent me the wrong color, so I waited a few months to receive the correct color. Turns out they just sent me the wrong color again. Oh well. Even though its not the color I want its still cute. Easy to assemble.

very pleased, looks like something that I would have made - not something mass produced in a far away factory. The quality is obvious in the build, the elegance in the simplicity. With the slide over barrel hinges you do not have to complete the circle - in fact under my tree I simply joined 3 of the 5 since the tree sits in a corner. The height lifts the lowest branches of our tree up slightly which enhances the trees appeal, and will make more room for presents later.
