Very nice tree great quality better than I expected.

Price is great for a 9’ flocked tree but very disappointing the lights don’t twinkle as described. They have three options: steady on, flashing and slow fade. Flashing and slow fade is the whole tree at the same time. So not even the old fashioned blinking lights. Thinking of returning

If it’s not the Christmas season and you order a Christmas tree make sure you open the box and assemble the tree. Make sure the tree matches the tree Wayfair is advertising. Make sure everything is working and in perfect order. Do this even if you purchase the tree in January, April, July or October because if you wait until the Christmas season and discover something is wrong with the tree you purchased Wayfair will do absolutely nothing to remedy the issue. I purchased a Christmas tree on Dec 31, 2024 with the expectation of using it Christmas 2025. The tree was delivered on Jan 4, 2025. The Christmas season had ended so I stored the tree away until Christmas 2025. It never occurred to me that I should open the box, assemble the tree and check lights. Most people would trust that Wayfair sent the actual item that you purchased and it would be in working and perfect condition. Flash forward to November 2025. I was excited you put up my new Christmas tree that had such a unique look. I opened the box and assembled the tree only to find the tree I assembled looked nothing like the tree Wayfair had listed on their site. I spent the better half of a Saturday afternoon attempting to “fluff” the tree into the correct shape but had no luck. At this point I came to the conclusion that Wayfair sent the wrong tree. I contacted Wayfair Customer Service on November 17, 2025 via chat. I explained my problem in detail and was very surprised by the lack of concern when the service rep quickly replied there is a 30 day return policy. I went on to stress that Wayfair sent the wrong tree and the fault is on Wayfair. The service person on repeated the 30 day policy again and again. Adding. Insult to injury they began one reply with “I understand your concerns.” The service rep was not understanding. The moral of this story is no matter what time of year you purchase a Christmas tree open the box, assemble the tree and check the lights. Maybe have a Christmas in July party. If you don’t and wait for the Christmas season and find a problem you will be out of luck. Even if you provide pictures proving Wayfair sent the wrong tree you will be highly disappointed when Wayfair will happily takes your money but not stand behind their service or products and will only repeat their 30 day return policy that clearly has no exceptions even when Wayfair sends the wrong item. Beautiful tree! It's actually much nicer than I thought it would be for the price I paid, and that's not something that happens often. Do be aware that "slim" is not the same as "pencil". In this case, slim isn't really even particularly slim, but I'm more than happy with it and it works for my space.

So easy to assemble, lightweight, & so pretty!
