i returned this item just because i didn't like the finishes. they overpaid my return as i'd agreed to pay for return shipping, and eventually Birch Lane billed me for that return shipping, and i didn't even have to dispute it. well done, folks... classy. will be doing biz again.

This is a beautiful tree! I wanted something different to display my White House ornaments and this was perfect. My mom and SIL are going to order one for their ornaments too.

Perfect trees. I haven't finished decorating (plan to put gifts and our wreath up) but you can see what an addition your birch trees make.

If. I move the branches a lot, I’ll probably have a problem-so I won’t be putting this “away”. I’ll just redecorate for the next holiday or put in a corner as.daily decor. Even the screened porch at night would be good. I’ve received many complimentary remarks!
