A wonderful bit of nostalgia!

I ordered this item which was supposed to be battery operated and it arrived with a plug adapter. I ordered this item without a cord. Not sure why it was shipped erroneously. It was supposed to use C batteries.

Such a festive Christmas decoration and reminiscent of earlier times- My grandsons love this and have smilea when they look at it!

Love It! It is much larger than I expected and so beautiful. It's a plus it doesn’t need to be plugged into an electrical outlet. Set it aside until I decorate for Christmas. Exceeded my expectations. Looks better in person than on the website. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Beautiful! Bringing back memories of Christmas at my grandparents home.

The tree is the typical Mr. Christmas ceramic Christmas tree...or is it? Several issues: 1. This tree is not the 14.5" battery-powered tree we ordered; instead we received a 17.5" electric tree. We decided to keep the tree rather than experience the hassle of returning it. 2. The tree has several blobs of green paint splattered on some of the lights, and yes - the paint greatly spoils the overall beauty of the tree. I wander if the tree is a "second" as I collect Mr. Christmas products and have never experienced such a problem. Actually I was surprised when I opened the box to see the title "Mr, Christmas" on the packaging as Birch Lane listed the tree simply as "Nostalgic Ceramic Tree" with no mention of the Mr. Christmas brand name, 3. My husband purchased the tree as a gift for me. We were utterly surprised and still can't fathom why Birch Lane sent all the purchasing correspondence to me instead of to my husband. He was very irate the surprise had been spoiled and attempted to cancel the order, only to be told the order could not be cancelled. 4. So the tree will become part of my ceramic Christmas tree collection. It will add a festive touch after I attempt to carefully scrape off the paint blobs. And this Nostalgic Ceramic Tree (i.e. Mr. Christmas in disguise) will forever have an intriguing story to tell.
