I received my Berry Teardrop and it looked beautiful. I couldn't find a hook or anything to hang it, I went on your website and it said to hang by the satin swag. There was no swag or ribbon so I just tied a ribbon on it and that was fine. But when I turned it on only half of it lights worked. I checked for loose bulbs or missing bulbs and couldn't find any. So I guess I'd have to say I am not very happy with it.
