Beautiful tree but not all the lights work. Submitted a claim with picture and was sent a text letting me know they could not assist with this default. Very disappointed with customer service with the purchase of this $500 tree. I also could not register for a warranty on this tree because the company had no record of my purchase.

It’s absolutely breathtaking. It looks as close to realistic as possible. The tree is stunning. The only improvement would be LED lights.

We had a Balsam Hill tree for years and finally upgraded. Love the tree.

Update from 5 years later- this tree is still going strong! Looks very realistic, lights are still beautiful and I keep the a lot during the Christmas season!

Beautiful tree, perfect for a smaller space, but still has a grand stature. We ordered the 9 foot tree perfect for our 10 foot ceilings. We love the appearance with the realistic branches and ample lighting.
