Beautiful tree but not all the lights work. Submitted a claim with picture and was sent a text letting me know they could not assist with this default. Very disappointed with customer service with the purchase of this $500 tree. I also could not register for a warranty on this tree because the company had no record of my purchase.

Beautiful tree, perfect for a smaller space, but still has a grand stature. We ordered the 9 foot tree perfect for our 10 foot ceilings. We love the appearance with the realistic branches and ample lighting.
