Lighted Artificial Spruce Christmas Tree

I feel very cheated. My tree no matter how much fiddling or fluffing looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like this photo. I will never recommend or trust you to order anything again. To bad I was forced to give you one star instead of NO star.

Very realistic. I'm very happy. lots of compliments. there are a lot of lights too - its bright.

Looks fairly sparse in person, not at all like the picture. the lights are difficult to connect, and two branches somehow broke off the trunk in the box since last year, and are just hanging be the string of lights.

I was very disappointed, first, the parts were marked incorrectly, second, one level of the tree is missing. I wrote to customer service and was told that this item doesnt qualify for replacement parts and no money back after 30 days. I really dont remember when I received it but we just opened it because this is when we do our Christmas decorations. Thats why I gave a low rating. Not too happy. Ill have to have my son go out and try and find one at this late date. There isnt enough time for online shopping, which is all I can do since Im handicapped.

The tree arrived in a pretty badly crushed box and the tree sections were pretty well flattened. I found the bottom section of lights not working but was able to repair this. The tree itself appears to be decent quality, although not as full as the 9-footer (pretty high-dollar tree) that it replaces. In fairness, Wayfair gave a price adjustment to make up for the damage.

I didn’t receive LED lights as advertised. Lights were incandescent. Disappointed.

Received the tree with incandescent lights instead of LED, and probably 150 lights instead of 750. Not at all what was advertised. Wayfair offered a full refund if we returned the tree, or 25% refund if we keep it. We opted to keep it since we had already put it together & “fluffed” it. Please don’t advertise one thing and send something else. First time this has happened with Wayfair. We expect better.

Horrible tree. Does not look anything like the picture, way more sparse. Lights look like someone threw them on the ends of the branches with wires hanging between branches. So disappointed, would have given them 0 stars if I could. Returning, but now it is too late to get another tree

Beautiful, well made tree. Love it!

Short tree but very full and beautiful. The lights are the perfect warm white. We love this tree at our vacation house because it’s just the right size
