It is quite full but parts look very plastic. Unfortunately the battery pack (very large) is placed about 1/3 of the way down the garland. Guess it could be used to swag a mantel but can't be used in most other applications.

Unfortunately this did not work out for me. It was incredibly heavy and a bit sparse (so you could visibly see the wiring and the battery box). Additionally several of the lights didn't work and what did work was mixed in terms of brightness - some were super white and others were very dim. Not a success and ultimately returned.
