9' Lighted Artificial Spruce Christmas Tree

This is my 1st artificial tree after 26 years of having live Christmas trees. I am very impressed with this tree, it is very beautiful once fluffed out which is a bit time consuming but definitely worth it. This is a very high quality tree, with 4 sections, white lights, & beautifully flocked,

The tree is beautiful, easy to put together and well made. The branches are on hinges as well as being bendable so they securely hold ornaments. We are so happy with this purchase.

Love the tree, it doesn't exactly look as layered as the photo online but it is still a beautiful tree. There are 2 reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars, first because the light plugins from section to section were NOT labelled as they were supposed to be, they all the the #2, this was confusing because you are supposed to match the numbers so that you know which plugs go together. We were able to get the whole tree lit but I do not think that they were necessarily plugged in correctly. The top section ended up being plugged into the bottom section, we had to run the cord down the center of the tree. The other issue was that I thought the tree would be much wider and thicker on the bottom 2 tiers. Still as I said, the tree turned out to be beautiful so I cannot complain too much about it.

The shape of this tree does not recall the pictures at all and it isn’t as full as shown. Disappointed with this purchase.

This Christmas Tree is absolutely gorgeous! It’s so full and looks so big. It is exactly what I was looking for! The price was just right.

I already reviewed my purchase. I had a call from your customer Happiness dept. The representative was supposed to call me again. She set a day and time for the return call, but she never called back. I was unhappy with the condition of the box. It was not a new tree that was sent to me. I think that this was a returned item. The 2nd tier of the tree's lights are inoperable. I would like someone to follow-up on this review. Otherwise, I will return this purchase.
