The picture of the tree on your we site was a LOT nicer than the tree we received. Our tree is not nearly as full as that picture- looks sad. You can easily see through to the middle of the tree (“trunk”) and there’s no amount of ornaments that can hide it. VERY disappointed but will have to use it at least this year due to the lateness of the date.

Haven’t even put ornaments on and it looks great!!

I just received this 4.5' tree. The tree came in two parts along with a stand and extra bulbs. It was easy to attach both parts together and set the tree in the stand. I spent about 15 minutes fluffing the branches and will probably fluff them a bit more. Parts of the trunk are still visible, so the tree varies slightly from the professional photograph on the website since at first glance it is not as full as the photo. Once the lights were plugged in, it looks full and very beautiful. I haven't added my ornaments yet. Overall, I am satisfied with the tree. The branches and needles look realistic and of good quality. I can tell it will be easy to hang many ornaments on the branches. This tree is a perfect size for my apartment and will be compact and easy to store. All in all, I find this tree to be beautiful and practical for what I need and want. I would recommend this tree.

This is a beautiful tree, very well lit, with a nice small narrow base. The bottom is kinda awkward, we have ours on our bay windowsill, so you see the bottom of the tree and bottom branches are awkward and not as full as the rest of the tree. I needed to buy a bigger tree skirt, in transit, to cover the bottom and hide the long "faux trunk".

It was exactly what I expected
