3ft. Nordic Spruce Tree with LED Lights

I like the tree. Shape is good and while I was surprised and disappointed with the plastic branches it is okay. My problem is there are spots where there are no or few lights. I tried twisting the branches but I can’t fix it

Beautiful little tree. Looks quite real. We love it.

They are great but one of them doesn’t have the lights wired very well.

i took it out of the box and adjusted the branches. It looks just like the picture.

Nice tree needs about 10 more light bulbs.

I think the tree looks very nice - quite lifelike. But buyers should know it comes with the lights all tangled up with the branches. You have to physically unwind it in order to wind the lights back up properly. It took me a half hour per tree. Also after touching it at length in order to redo the lights, there was a filmy feeling on my hands...not sure what the tree is coated in. I would return it if it was something we needed to touch on a regular basis.

I have not viewed the product yet as it was delivered as a gift. But I do want to say how very helpful the phone customer service person was when I placed the order by phone : she was very efficient & pleasant. I was very Thankful for her help. I found ordering the above article on-line unsuccessful, as the screen never said, after ordering: "SUBMIT ORDER!"
