The sideboard is beautiful! Delivery was great. Only problem is bottom hinge on one side door is loose and door hits bottom of cabinet upon opening and closing. It does not appear that it can be adjusted. Disappointing, to say the least. It may be bent.. Dian. Staten Island, NY. Tue May 05 2026

This sideboard is beautiful. Wood grain with a silverware drawer liner inside, nice hardware, and shelves to store your things. I love the height-hard to find in a sideboard and the soft curved edges. It's very pretty and I like how it looks in our dining room. HOWEVER, the delivery process has been a nightmare. The original delivery date was delayed from the initial 10 days to 28 days. Reason was it was damaged in transit. Then when it was finally delivered, white glove, the hardware was missing for the lower shelf. Customer service was called-shockingly, there was no expedited process given the hardware was missing and we have been waiting a month for the piece.. Naturally, it took another week before the hardware shipped and then it was a full 2 weeks before it finally arrived. AND IT ARRIVED TODAY BUT IS THE WRONG HARDWARE! How can this be so hard? When I asked for a credit for the inconvenience, I was told no. Sorry for you! I wouldn't order from Birch Lane again unless you want your furniture in a few months. Logistics are not their thing, clearly.. Andrea Vinson. California. Wed Sep 02 2026

This sideboard captures the decorator's spirit with a dimensional balance of materials and shape. Lacquered dark green linen pairs with a saddle brown-stained wood for subtle contrast, enhanced by curved sides and unique wood hardware. Finished with top galley framing and thinner legs for an intriguing profile

The piece is beautiful, but one of the front doors the top is dropped down just a little bit so it is not even with the next door beside of it. If the doors had been even, I would’ve read it five star that’s why I only gave it four star.. Tammy. Mon Aug 17 2026

This is a beautifully designed sideboard with metal and natural Indian mango wood accents.

The sideboard is beautiful and feels well made. The construction is primarily metal, with the mango wood door accents and the shelves inside. The shelves are not adjustable but each has good height to them. All of my china and crystal fits and doesn't feel crowded. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 starts is it came with a slight dent/bend in the metal piece on top. You really only see it if the light hits it just right. And this may be why it was almost 50% off. Either way, I am overall very happy with it!. Emily. Utah. Fri Mar 24 2023
