Medium Wood Solid Wood Dressers & Chests

This double dresser brings a refined look to your bedroom with softly curved base details and clean lines. Crafted from solid wood, it features six spacious drawers with side-mounted glides for smooth organization of clothing, extra linens, and daily essentials. Metal hardware adds subtle contrast to the drawer fronts, while soft-close drawers help prevent sudden slamming for quieter operation. Plus, the included tip-over restraint device provides added stability.

The dresser looks great and the size is nice. The drawers aren’t deep but they are wide and fit a good amount of clothing. The color is the perfect mix of brown and gray - fits with many color palettes. The frame is very heavy and solid but the drawers feel a little flimsy. They are soft-close, but the bottom two do not close all the way with the soft close feature so I have to push those in to be fully closed. That may improve over use and does not bother me. Delivery and setup was great - I did not lift a finger. There is a bit of an off-gassing smell.. Brooke. FL. Mon Oct 26 2026

I love it!! It matches my bed pretty good. The Chest and bed are not from the same collection but match really good.. Chad. TX. Mon Apr 03 2023

This dresser is constructed of beautiful natural and is customizable in many finish options

I’m really impressed with the final product and color of this dresser. I ordered samples but wasn’t confident that the wood samples would translate to the wicker color. Very sturdy and well made. Delivery was delayed longer than originally estimated so that was disappointing but the product itself is beautiful!!. Jennifer. St Pete, Florida. Mon Sep 28 2026

A classic shape with intricate molding and bun feet, complemented by brushed brass button hardware. Mid-toned, thick oak veneer allows for some cracking and knots to come through to the surface, offering a slightly aged look.

After months of searching for the perfect dresser, I finally found this one. I had been wanting this dresser for so long, but it was quite expensive. Buying furniture online can be risky, especially when you don’t know what you’ll receive. However, I’ve had positive experiences with Wayfair in the past, so I decided to take the plunge and make the purchase during a sale. This dresser is well-made and incredibly heavy, which is a testament to its quality. The wood has a beautiful, inviting aroma, and the overall design is stunning. It truly exceeded my expectations. Of course, it’s not without its imperfections. There are a few knots and blemishes throughout the wood, but I find these features to be unique and add to the dresser’s charm. I don’t mind them at all they’re actually what I love most about it. The delivery was prompt, and the dresser was assembled and placed in my chosen room without any additional cost. The price was also significantly lower than other retailers, and the delivery team was respectful and professional throughout the process. Honestly, I can’t even begin to express how much I’m obsessed with this dresser. I’m already planning to buy the matching nightstands from Wayfair!. Rose. NJ. Mon Jul 13 2026

Beautiful design and color. Plenty of space, but drawers definitely are on the thin side. Just not heavy, solid wood construction. But it works just fine.. Anonymous. Florida. Tue Aug 25 2026

This rustic 6-drawer dresser brings warmth and functionality to your bedroom or guest room. The spacious rectangular frame is crafted from solid oak and engineered wood with an amber finish that highlights the wood grain (knots and all). We love how the dowel legs create a classic silhouette. Six drawers on metal slides give you plenty of storage space for clothes, linens, and delicates. Plus, they feature round metal handles with a dark hue, offering plenty of contrast in your space. Use the surface of this dresser for a table lamp and accent pieces.

This 6-drawer double dresser brings a coastal-inspired look to your bedroom or guest room. Its frame is made from solid wood and features an inset glass top for a touch of texture. It is built with wicker-wrapped panels and it features six drawers that provide plenty of space for your wardrobe and spare linens. Each drawer is accented with satin brass ring pulls and opens on metal ball-bearing glides for smooth access. We also love that this dresser includes a tipover restraint device to help keep it secure in your space.

The dressers are beautiful and very well made. I am chiming in, because our delivery people originally refused to place them in the correct room also. It was up one flight of stairs, but directly at the top--nothing insane. It wasn't until my husband pointed out that the box had "white glove delivery" printed on it that they acquiesced and placed them in the correct room. Not a big deal, but maybe Birch Lane/Wayfair/Perigold should look into it, if this happens regularly.. Carson. Austin, TX. Wed Sep 25 2024

Plus, the compact footprint makes it a smart choice for smaller floor plans.

The wood grain is beautiful and there is a cool hidden jewelry or small item velvet lined drawer. The drawers have a nice soft close. I’m only giving it 4 stars because on of the doors came with the opening mechanism damaged and birch lane could only offer a 25% discount or to replace it for free. The hardware is a bit cheap but overall I’m pleased with my purchase.. Maribel. Santa Barbara, CA. Thu Aug 20 2026
