We have ours in a room with antique Asian and modern island decor, cluttered with mementos, but these chairs would look equally nice in a Japanese minimalist, Japandi/Skandi, beach, or transitional room.. I ordered two of these chairs, in Spinnsol White Performance Twill because I wanted the brightest white available. I Iove the chairs, The reason I didn't give them five stars is because they arrived with some small but fixable issues and I have concerns that the plastic legs will not last - these should be made of sturdier material. Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space.
