We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. This was our first online purchase of a couch and we have zero regrets. Birch Lane reps were also very helpful and knowledgeable. Worth the money!. James. North Tonawanda, NY. Thu Aug 29 2024

Gorgeous in Light Ash but a little larger than I thought as happens with ordering online. Fabric on the extended seat pillow for the chaise area is a little loose rather than taut as I would think it should be…it’s very comfortable!. Jeanne. Silver Spring, MD. Sat Dec 06 2025
