We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. This was our first online purchase of a couch and we have zero regrets. Birch Lane reps were also very helpful and knowledgeable. Worth the money!. James. North Tonawanda, NY. Thu Aug 29 2024

I waited to write a review for this couch to see if it would hold up to 2 grandchildren jumping on it, especially my 6-year-old. This couch is fantastic. I absolutely had to get it slipcovered, in 100 cotton fabric, because of the same reason - - Grandchildren. I have washed various parts, a pillow here, couch cushion there, and it looks brand new again. Love it!. Trisch. Lake Mills, WI. Sun Aug 24 2025

This couch is the bomb! It's so comfortable.....and it looks great. Tailored without being stuffy/sterile (like the living room furniture you were not allowed to sit on as a kid). It was a little tricky to connect the pieces - metal connectors have to be rotated to connect - and while we bought it for the "option" to rearrange the pieces.....yeah probably will never disconnect to move them around. PS - those creases in the fabric do relax a little. And then you just steam them / pull them to finish.. Elizabeth W.. Cape Coral, FL. Tue Apr 22 2025

1010 this is the couch of my dreams. This sectional is incredibly comfortable, soft enough to nap and spend hours sitting on it but firm enough to support and feel sturdy. I ordered the Lena Off White color which is still very bright and white so we will see how it holds up, but the fabric feels soft enough but still feels like it is durable. I am 75% happy with my purchase. The quality seems good. The color blends with my recently painted wall. The way the unit is connected is very unique, I like this special feature. My unhappiness is: 1) I thought the ottoman was a separate moveable section, 2) the space between the unit of the U shape is too small to add a table.. Maria. Mather, CA. Fri Jun 14 2019
