Very nice sofa. Sits firm and is deep. It is a nice soft white, not too stark but not yellowy. Arrived with some dirt marks on the corner, not the fault of the delivery people. It was wrapped so must have happened at the factory. But it came out with a little Dawn and water. The delivery guys did an excellent job.. Susan. Traverse City, MI. Tue Jun 09 2026

The sofa is lovely and very comfortable, but the horizontal cushions lift their corners every time someone gets off the couch, i can’t un-see it and find myself constantly arranging and fluffing the cushions (you can see it on the picture i uploaded). Irina. Mon Oct 12 2026

Embrace timeless charm with this beautiful English Arm Settee. A plush bench seat, graceful English arms, and refined nail head trim create a classic silhouette. Tapered legs and two toss pillows complete the look with effortless elegance. Tight Back.

This settee was my second attempt - the pillows pictured as throw pillows are not what arrived either the first time or the second time- they offered a 3rd chance or a partial refund -I decided to take the refund because my gut was that the photo was incorrect online - and that in 2 more months I get a 3rd with the wrong ones- it’s a lovely settee- but definitely pricy for not having the custom vibe with the contrasting pillows- don’t buy this if the dog pillows are your favorite part - picture I loaded has two of my own pillows - until I find something closer to the online listing of this;). Brett. Tue Oct 27 2026

The cushions are filled with down feathers blend and supported by sinuous springs to help resist sagging over time. Plus, the cushions are removable, so this couch is super easy to vacuum. And we love how it comes with four throw pillows, so there's no need to buy those separately.

This sofa exceeded all expectations and I'm very pleased with it. It appears to be well-constructed and solid. The cushions are full and spring back into shape after you stand up. I was worried that the tufted seams and buttons would be cheaply done, but there seems to be a lot of integrity with how it's made. The only change I'm going to make is to find different pillow coverings, to provide some depth and contrast. But otherwise I'm very happy with this purchase.. Sarah. Darnestown, MD. Tue Jun 14 2022

My leather medium blue sofa turned out well other than the back cushions which I felt were not filled well. Two of them were wrinkly and slouchy so I wrote to Birch Lane. The info was sent to manufacturer and they refused any changes. I then surprisingly received a call from Wayfair who tole me they would be forwarding a new sofa at no charge. I did much research about customer service before my purchase and I can vouch for the fact that Wayfair/Birch Lane STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. They have WON ME OVER and I will be sharing this info with all my friends from this day forward. TY so much to them.. Diane Bonnie. Bradenton, FL. Sun Sep 06 2026
