Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space. The chairs are lovely. They are as attractive in real life as they appear online. The only negative I can say about them is that the cushions are quite firm. There is no give in them at all. I'm guessing they will soften up over time or I can probably take them to an upholsterer and have the material inside the cushion cover replaced with foam.
