No one has used this chair since Thanksgiving 2025, the day my husband was admitted to hospital. He returned home yesterday. The recliner doesn’t recline any more and the only electronic feature that works is the headrest. Wayfair’s AI assistant tells me that there is no assistance or resolution available to me.
