Not surprising, it is difficult to know exactly what you are going to get when ordering online. I ordered two of these chairs, in Spinnsol White Performance Twill because I wanted the brightest white available. I Iove the chairs, The reason I didn't give them five stars is because they arrived with some small but fixable issues and I have concerns that the plastic legs will not last - these should be made of sturdier material. Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space. Enough room to spend an afternoon cocooned in the chair, wrapped in a blanket and reading a good book.. Jennifer. Auburn, AL. Sat Aug 12 2023
