Easy to put together. Comes with Allen wrench and you will need a Philips screwdriver. May need pads if on hardwood. Fabric is beautiful. Comfortable to sit in. I LOVE these stools. Per the other pictures they are definitely more orange colored than brown. They are SO comfortable.
