We like the chair. Its very comfortable at a very good price and exactly what we expected from the description on the website. However, we have to give it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the delivery service. We could not get a response to messages we left on the phone number they provided, and they mounted the back legs incorrectly even though the diagram on the printed instruction sheet clearly shows that the way the back legs were installed is incorrect. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice the problem until after they left. Most likely, someone else will get a different delivery service wherever they live and wont have the same problem.. David.
