We bought the classic navy linen in the platform bed for our son’s room. It was delivered quickly and the assembly crew came promptly the next morning. It is perfect! Looks high end and expensive! I absolutely LOVE this bed frame! The classic talc linen fabric is beautiful and feels high quality. We paid for professional assembly and it feels sturdy. We paired it with a 5" box spring and a 15" mattress. The height is perfect -- the box spring doesn’t show, and there’s no gap between the mattress and headboard. The bed is great! And the customer service is kind- but everything else was a nightmare! The not knowing where it was (by you) to not being well notified- to having dates changing all the time for delivery- to having to reschedule with Angie 4 times for the pro to put the bed together because of Birchlane.
