Take time to order a swatch! Color definitely not the same as pictured. Very comfortable but deep - not for short people. Seems well made. But the chaise is slightly lower than the sofa, so they don’t line up perfectly and there is a small gap when connected.. Peggy. Lakewood, CO. Thu Feb 06 2025

I am 75% happy with my purchase. The quality seems good. The color blends with my recently painted wall. The way the unit is connected is very unique, I like this special feature. My unhappiness is: 1) I thought the ottoman was a separate moveable section, 2) the space between the unit of the U shape is too small to add a table.. Maria. Mather, CA. Fri Jun 14 2019

grammercy park sectional......a classy sofa with a print upholstery option made it our choice. IT WAS TO BE A WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY, HOWEVER THE DELIVERY TEAM SAID THEY COULDN'T GET IT THROUGH THE DOOR AND INTO THE ROOM IT WAS ORDERED FOR AND SAID THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO SET THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR OFF ITS RUNNER AND LEFT IT IN THE LIVING ROOM INSTEAD OF THE SUN ROOM. THIS IS THE SECOND INCOMPLETE COUCH DELIVERY IN TWO MONTHS. MY KIDS HAD TO COME OVER AND GET IT IN THE CORRECT ROOM. MY REVIEW IS....NICE FURNITURE, SLOPPY, UNCARING DELIVERY TEAM. Gorgeous and absolutely worth the price and wait! I took the time to order swatches, get assistance from the amazing design team and accept the wait. It is worth it. The highlights are the super soft yet stain resistant fabric and THE HIGH BACK! We didn't even realize it had a higher back than our prior sofas but everyone notices as soon as they sit how comfortable it is. Am also obsessed with the removable cushions.. Jaimee. Metairie, LA. I waited to write a review for this couch to see if it would hold up to 2 grandchildren jumping on it, especially my 6-year-old. This couch is fantastic. I absolutely had to get it slipcovered, in 100 cotton fabric, because of the same reason - - Grandchildren. I have washed various parts, a pillow here, couch cushion there, and it looks brand new again. Love it!. Trisch. Lake Mills, WI. Sun Aug 24 2025
