I love my sofa. It is gorgeous. I do NOT love customer service. The back of my sofa came with a gap in the stitching. It was pointed out and photos taken. NOTHING has been done. I did contact the manufacturer as well and crickets. It is a great sofa, I just have to have it along the wall.. Jennifer. State College, PA. Wed Sep 23 2026

Find beauty in simplicity. Fully upholstered that echoes the rich dimension, a hint of sophistication comes through in the slightly inflated silhouette, finished with brass casters on the front legs.

Firm as we wanted, and high quality. Anonymous. Schamburg. Mon Oct 12 2026

Exceptionally beautiful couch for the price. Rebecca F. Minnesota. Fri Sep 25 2026

Rolled arms, turned legs and caster details call on traditional English inspiration. Sink-in cushions and soft, pleated details invite a lived-in feel. Upholstered in a soft linen/cotton poly blend with a slightly slubbed texture for total comfort. Performance fabrics are specially created to withstand spills, stains, high traffic and wear, ensuring long-term comfort and unmatched durability.

This sofa is beautifully made and so easy to style. The neutral color is a little darker than I expected, in a good way. The linen fabric is very rough. I don’t mind, this is for a formal living room, but wouldn’t be ideal if you wanted a cozy couch.. Emily. Georgetown, TX. Thu Oct 08 2026

Update: Unfortunately, we were sent the same incorrect power cord for the reclining chairs. My husband did end up finding one online that worked. I will upgrade my stars to 4 because it is working correctly. Would have given this 5 stars if the issue was resolved through wayfair, instead of on our own. Not working completely. All the major parts came in and this wasn't hard to put together. I am not 100% liking the velvet material and hoping it won't stain easily. This is larger in dimensions than our previous couch. Not as plush, but longer and taller. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the connectors for the armless chair (center) and the left arm chair. Working with customer service to resolve the issue. Disappointed that the corner piece and additional pieces are no longer available to purchase anywhere. Reserving my recommendations once the connection for the left arm chair is resolved.. Teresa.
