Wavy like the tides, the Rosalie armchair showcases a graceful silhouette with a clean white finish and a woven rattan seat. A slender, upholstered cushion ties the design together for a nice finishing touch.
These chairs came broken. The bar on the back was cracked in one of the set. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement set, which was very appreciated. The second set came 3 or 4 weeks later and I appreciated the customer service. At first, the chairs seemed sturdy. I got a set with arms so my elderly parents could more easily get up from the kitchen table. Unfortunately, after several weeks, the arms became wobbly. No matter how many times i re-tightened them, they are wobbly and flimsy. I contacted the company and they said they cannot help me because it is more than 30 days since the original (broken) chairs were delivered.
