I Iove the chairs, The reason I didn't give them five stars is because they arrived with some small but fixable issues and I have concerns that the plastic legs will not last - these should be made of sturdier material. Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space. I’m delighted with the chair. Comfortable and perfect for the small area I want it in. However,very disappointed on the delivery. I’m an elderly single and live alone and the deliver person not able to unbox and place the chair in room I need it. Much too heavy and cumbersome for me so will return buying locally.
