It’s a very nice media center. However, it could use some wood plugs on the lowest bookcase shelves. There are large holes where it is screwed together that are very visible to see. On delivery, it comes in many pieces. They put it together for you. We had several damaged pieces so had to wait a few weeks for replacements. Once we had the replacements and it was assembled, we noticed one other piece with small damage. At that point they offered us a decent price adjustment so we kept it. They have very good customer. Solid piece. Love the detailing. Was less than impressed with delivery company communication and delivery. The movers were nice, but if you live on a military base I would suggest to only order items with direct mail delivery. Took over 6 times for the delivery to be completed, but not to our house. Had to rent our own trailer and figure out how to move the very heavy piece in to the house. The stars are for the piece itself.
