We love this handsome end table and how its mixed-material look is right at home in any living room or den. Its tabletop is crafted from solid wood that forms a characterful herringbone pattern. And its sturdy metal base has a black finish that adds just the right amount of contrast for that industrial look you love. Use it to hold an antique lamp in your family room and layer a colorful oriental rug underneath for some extra warmth and contrast.

Used two of these to replace some closed style end tables. The open bottom seemed to add room to the space. On the other hand, they also looked relatively cheaper. They are well made and easy to assemble. I had one bad screw out of the 24 required but had a suitable replacement. The assembled unit is surprisingly sturdy. It's been my experience that steel frames like these are never perfectly square, so the adjustable feet are a requirement. The top is well made with good joinery. The pattern is actually a herringbone joined chevron giving it a specific orientation requirement that might need some thought when attaching the leg frame and setting the unit in place. Also, the tops on mine match but are a dark walnut brown...slightly off my decor, but ok. Overall, I'm satisfied. The tables seem a bit utilitarian, but they are sturdy, fit the space and do the job!. Anonymous. . 2025-02-14 09:26:14

This 2-piece set of classic nesting end tables is a versatile addition to your living space, offering extra surface when you need it and tucking away when you don't. Expertly crafted from solid pine and peppercorn wood, these round tables boast a fine texture and natural resistance to termites. The openwork ring design, dovetail joints, and curved apron add a touch of elegance. One table is slightly larger than the other, allowing the smaller one to nestle underneath, creating more floor space when needed. Plus, their rustic finish is both stain- and warp-resistant, ensuring lasting appeal.

I just finished building the two tables, and I am initially unimpressed with the quality I saw during assembly. The large table asks you to screw in a support brace on a joint that is clearly not designed well. The wood is quite soft and prone to stripping when using the drywall screws provided. The smaller table has you tighten the legs to fill in an almost 1” gap between the top and the legs. That pulls apart the wood from the legs that you had just tightened. Overall, they look nice, and once constructed, seem relatively solid. But there are just some things with the design and construction that suggest the manufacturer just let slide and applied a bandaid, as opposed to fixing the poor design.. John.
