Amari 89'' Sofa

I have had this sofa for roughly 6 months, and I’m not pleased. I went to change the orientation of the sofa 90°, and one of the legs fell off. At this point, it appears impossible to reattach it. Upon closer inspection of the leg, it looks like multiple holes were drilled, and I don’t see any that have grooves that support a screw, which is why I assume it came off. Although the sofa was not cheap, this issue makes it feel cheap. In addition, there is a lack of Velcro to keep the slipcover in place. The sofa consistently looks wonky, and I’m constantly having to adjust the slipcover. I have owned several slipcovered sofas and have never had this experience before. I should have just gone back to the furniture store as opposed to trying to buy this online.

Need to speak to customer service. Very careless delivery. Ripped sofa cover getting couch in door . See pictures. This needs to be addressed. Please advise. Colleen Marie Richman

nice quality and great sofa...it is very big!

I will probably pass this sofa to one of my kids. It's very well made and looks good with pretty much any of my other decor. Denim was definitely the right choice for me.

Very happy with the company, the product and the communication as well as the delivery. I would absolutely recommend Birch Lane.
