Tamera Solid Wood Stool

Bought two. They don't match. Originally a Birch Lane rep came up with a solution. The day before a replacement came, some idiot named Trang N, without reviewing the chat thread, canceled the replacement. I wasted two hours and am now sending them both back because Trang was too lazy to review the chat thread. Trang said go to " My Account" which has nothing relevant.

LOVE these stools. They are super sturdy and just the right mix of rustic and modern with the black metal frame. No assembly needed. I ordered 2 at first and liked them so much I ordered another 2.
