I purchased the sofa and loveseat. I love them both. Great quality and comfortable. The delivery was a nightmare. They lost one of the pieces, delivery kept getting cancelled. It took over a month to get both pieces. Customer service was awful because you never spoke to the same person. Each person you spoke to gave a different story as to what happened to my furniture. This includes supervisors, who give you their contact information and never get back to you. At least the nightmare is over and I have my beautiful sofa and loveseat. Still questioning whether or not I’d ever order anything from Birchlane/Wayfair again and I’ve been a good customer for over 10 years.

I like it! The cushions are kind of hard/stiff, but I imagine they will get more flexible in time. I also wasn't expecting that it would come with 3 throw pillows. So that was a nice surprise.
