One arm does not connect to hole. Need to replace bench

Nice bench, some of the paint/stain was missing from front edge where you sit and was kind of an eye sore. The holes for assembling with screws did not all line up very well, and I had trouble fully securing the arm rests. It is solid wood and it really looks like the picture. It had perfect dimensions for the spot I need it in.

Solid wood bench, with clean lines and sturdy construction. Perfect for accent seating! 

This is a TERRIBLE bench. Buyers beware. The seat is not solid wood, it’s bits and pieces put together. It is difficult to put together (it took both my husband and me) AND once together it is not sturdy. VERY disappointing.

Delighted with the quality and craftsmanship of this bench. Very comfortable and very classy looking!

Birch Lane does not list the brand of this bench because it is actually the Safavieh Lucille Spindle Bench. Same exact photos and bench, but being sold at a much higher price on Birch Lane ($150 more). Do yourself a favor and buy it on a different website being sold as “Lucille.” I returned and repurchased elsewhere. Never again will I purchase from Birch Lane. What a scam.

Just as advertised. Sturdy and cute.

Sturdy wood bench, accurately described. The instructions are slightly incorrect as they tell you no hardware is required except the included Allen wrench, then for step 5 you need to use included wood screws (which need a screwdriver!). Step 6 isn’t supposed to require a hammer and towel, but we couldn’t otherwise apply enough force to get the crossbars connected. They estimate assembly time at 10 minutes. It took me an hour. I needed help for about 10 minutes of it because I needed someone to hold the leg frame just so in order to screw it onto the seat. Even though it was slightly harder to assemble than expected, I’m pleased with the result.

Great bench! And the first order had a crack in it. Birch Lane customer support very quickly shipped a replacement.

Beautiful bench! We recently had guests over and they remarked that it was very comfortable to have a back to lean against versus just a regular dining bench.
