Warrington 76'' Upholstered Sleeper Sofa

Oh my goodness!!! I love my couch! Great quality, comfortable and looks just like the pics!

Better than I expected and I was really hoping it would be amazing. Hands down, I’d buy it again. In fact I will be buying our sunroom furniture from Birch Lane as well Excellent quality and the fabric is thick, sturdy and looks like it will weather well. The picture shows coloring in the evening light and daylight.

I was disappointed with this sofa. The craftsmanship is really poor. On one side it looks like they peeled the fabric off and literally stapled it back onto the side. The seam on the bottom was not tacked back on and stuffing is literally coming out of the bottom. The color is pretty but the fabric is very cheap and does not feel nice against your skin. I will probably keep this because it was for a guest bedroom that won’t often be used and it’s a real hassle to return something this big. I would definitely go elsewhere to by furniture in the future. I have had multiple problems with furniture ordered from Wayfair. However, they have excellent customer service and do make it right. They have been excellent with giving refunds.

Really nice couch for small apt. Nice fabric. It is a 10 in my estimation.
