Literally just unwrapped my chairs. The chairs arrived damaged the bottom foot pads are missing.

The chairs are good. But the packing and shipping was damaged. It appeared as if the boxes had been dropped at least once.

This is an okay chair but the completely inadequate packaging meant that all three of the chairs that were shipped to me were damaged to some extent. One had a leg shattered off completely. Another had scratches and missing plastic feet pads. The third arrived with two missing feet pads.

Gorgeous and comfortable. Exactly as pictured. Quick delivery. Took 2 people to carry up the stairs.

The black in the website picture does not match the item I received. The website shows a glossy black and they are a weathered black/charcoal color.
