Arrival was flawless. Set up done by a carpenter, difficult. One bench top has 12 1/4 inch holes drilled into it. I will try to fill holes as dismantling for return is difficult. I was made aware of holes after assembly. It’s too bad.

A beautiful bench! I ordered one to make sure it looked right with my dining room table and planned on ordering a second. Unfortunately due to terrible shipping (over 1.5 weeks late), the bench is no longer on sale and Wayfair/Birch Lane will not price match. Overall, the bench = 5/5. Birch Lane/Wayfair customer service = 1/5.
