Rennie Upholstered Armchair

I ordered this chair from you all after having my decorator pulled fabric swatches the photo on your website depicts the photo of the chair as a dark navy blue. When the chairs came they are a teal green. When I sent the photos to your online chat person she agreed they were not the same color however there was no resolution that they could come to that made me happy because what I wanted was blue chairs that I ordered and what they offered me was either my money back or to ship me the exact same chairs which are not the same color. You are a multi billion dollar company you can easily make this happen for someone who has waited for over six weeks for her furniture. Your delivery people were absolutely fantastic and yes you compensated me the $200 that you felt was appropriate for send them to the wrong chairs meanwhile you are falsely representing what the item is and made me incredibly unhappy and will I never shop there again. I would be happy to speak to someone about this, and I still believe that I deserve more compensation than what was given.

Good quality chair. I purchased this in Zula Charcoal and the color is perfect. It looks very nice in my living room. I was hoping for it to be a little more comfortable but it serves its purpose!

The chair is exactly as I had hoped. The chair is firm but comfortable. The Sunbrella fabric seems very durable.
