This review is more about the service, not the product. Assembly instructions for the bed were not included in the packaging, and apparently are not posted on the website, so now I have to wait 24 hours for them to be emailed to me. And I still have not received the dressers that have been sitting for almost a week in a warehouse 45 minutes away from my house.

This bed is absolutely beautiful. But some parts of it (the drawer boxes) arrived heavily damaged. Waiting for replacement parts now. The thing that sucks is we got rid of the old bed so will have to build the bed, then unbuild it and rebuild it when the replacement parts come in two weeks.
