My leather medium blue sofa turned out well other than the back cushions which I felt were not filled well. Two of them were wrinkly and slouchy so I wrote to Birch Lane. The info was sent to manufacturer and they refused any changes. I then surprisingly received a call from Wayfair who tole me they would be forwarding a new sofa at no charge. I did much research about customer service before my purchase and I can vouch for the fact that Wayfair/Birch Lane STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. They have WON ME OVER and I will be sharing this info with all my friends from this day forward. TY so much to them.

It's a lovely,substantial sofa, but the strong, yucky leather/tanning odor is horrific. I've been running a high grade air purifier next to it for 2 weeks now, and I still can't sit in that room. Something has to be done! Three weeks in with an air-purifier, close by, running 24/7 and I still can't stay in my living room. This is not a 'natural leather ' smell. This is an eye irritating, make you cough tanning chemical odor. It's too cold in Michigan to open the windows. When is this going to end?
