Orbay Swivel 26" Counter Stool

These are outstanding stools with features of costly ones for bargain price. They swivel and have a bar for footrest. The fabric looks expensive. Highly recommend

We just got these chairs and I’m very happy with them. They are comfortable and seem like a good quality.

The barstools were able to be put together with relative ease and speed. They seem pretty sturdy and are very comfortable. They look great at our kitchen island and complement our decor nicely. We choose the GINGER color which has no orange tones to it at all and is very neutral, but not gray or white. I kept the allen wrench that came with them for tightening them in case they become wobbly over time… although I sure hope not!

Check this out guys! Birch Lane (Wayfair)doesn’t know what product they have! They sell the Orbay 26” Swivel Counter Stool as a singular item, a set of 2, and a set of 3. ALL THE SAME PRODUCT!! Yet, as of 12/6/25 the details of the singular item shows the wt capacity at 300lbs and the frame material made of solid and manufactured wood (in November when I bought it, it used to say the frame material was made of iron) The details of the set of 2 shows the wt capacity of 300lbs and the frame material made of iron. The details of the set of 3 shows the wt capacity of 250lbs and the frame material made of solid wood. THE SAME PRODUCT HAS 3 different descriptions!! AND, Mackenzie their “product specialist” in their video of this product, states as she touches the counter stool that the product has a sturdy metal frame!! NO IT DOESNT!! It’s made of wood! I, thinking the product was made of iron or study metal, as it was stated, bought and returned this product when I found out it was made of wood! Is this a major false advertising lawsuit? Wayfair doesn’t know what they are selling! Beware! The Orbay frame is made of wood, not iron, and not study metal. AND, for my trouble I didn’t get to talk to a person to resolve this. I only was allowed to correspond by email to the “Birch Lane team” and “Linda” who didn’t address most my of my concerns or answer most of my questions. Terrible customer service and a terrible experience! This is my first and last purchase from a Wayfair company.

The chairs are as advertised, They are comfortable and well made. Unfortunately one was damaged when I opened the box there was a crack on the base. The customer service is extremely slow and at this point I have no resolution or next steps.
