The product is not what is pictured. Wayfair customer service needs some training and better communication. I was supposed to get the bed delivered on one day and none of the customer service reps provided accurate tracking information. I waited all day and the bed was never delivered. Then the next day I received an email that the delivery date changed. The delivery team was extremely nice and did an excellent job. The delivery team was the best part of this experience.
