For us it was just what we were looking for. Heavy pedestal and base to support a 72 inch round table. Color and construction of the table top was again just what we were looking for.

This table is beautiful. It is a dark finish and super heavy solid wood. I needed a large round table for the room and it looks great. I have had it 4 years now and it is incredibly durable. Not a scratch in it even with heavy use.
