Marlin Upholstered Wingback Bed

Showed it was in stock. Delivered 2 months later. Bed arrives but not all piece parts. Told Birch Lane customer service the pieces are missing inside the box. Birch cannot get any hardware. I had this bed for a month now in pieces. The headboard does not match the footboard on the wood color. Disaster customer service. Spent over $1000K and I have no bed for 3 months and can't put it together. I already threw away the boxes. I will not be able to see the bed or return. If you want a bed that takes months to deliver with missing parts and non-matching headboard/footboard with lousy customer service, order this bed.

Fabulous bed and very well made. The fabric is a nice boucle very light and ivory color, very durable The small touch of wood at the base of the bed adds a nice touch to the ivory fabric. Very nice bed and I would buy it again!

Looks beautiful online, but delivered with imperfections. The headboard box was damaged. The headboard was delivered with the fabric lifting on each side and there was a random stitch at the footbed. It is easy to assemble and the side pieces were in perfect shape, but you mainly see the fabric lifting from the headboard

Gorgeous fabrics and amazing quality. White glove delivery was superb and the bed is on par with the designer versions.
