love my new bed!

Showed it was in stock. Delivered 2 months later. Bed arrives but not all piece parts. Told Birch Lane customer service the pieces are missing inside the box. Birch cannot get any hardware. I had this bed for a month now in pieces. The headboard does not match the footboard on the wood color. Disaster customer service. Spent over $1000K and I have no bed for 3 months and can't put it together. I already threw away the boxes. I will not be able to see the bed or return. If you want a bed that takes months to deliver with missing parts and non-matching headboard/footboard with lousy customer service, order this bed.

Great sturdy bed with nice fabric, as pictured. I took white glove service so installation was done by shipper. Would buy again for other clients.
