Love this ottoman. Mine came cracked on the wood base (shipping issue, not due to product quality). However, I love the fabric and overall style of the ottoman that I'm waiting for a replacement pc, it's that good.

I purchased this Ottoman for a client for use with their new sectional sofa in their living room. The first Ottoman came with stains on the top. Wayfair quickly sent replacement which came busted up. Again, Wayfair came through and supplied a third replacement again totally broken on the base and unusable. Per my clients, the ottoman comes with no packaging around it and no protection. Although my client loved the item After three times of attempting to order we have given up and are moving onto something else. Thankfully, Wayfair team has been great through this whole process. This manufacturer needs to reconsider their packing and shipping method. If I were you, I wouldn’t waste my time trying to order this item. You’ll only end up significantly disappointed.
